Coach Afrank's Training Zone is a strength and performance based program. To build a strong, well rounded body we bring you several modalities of exercise to help you hit your goals and boost your fitness levels. You will receive comprehensive training that includes strength, conditioning, mobility, plyometrics, core work, flexibility and functional fitness. This well rounded approach ensures you develop all key aspects of fitness, helping you to achieve a balanced and strong body.

About Coach Afrank
I have had been training individuals for over 20 years in the fitness industry. It has also been my privilege to serve as the high school strength coach and help students achieve their personal strength and fitness goals.
The motivation for me to offer programs outside of the school season has been inspired by my students and their eagerness to continue our workouts into the summer months.
These new phases are designed to help students continue making progress and maintain the momentum we've built together.
You don't have to be a student at BHS to join us. We offer comprehensive training programs, ensuring that everyone can achieve their personal best. Join us and keep pushing your limits!
OUR MISSION:
To make a difference! Your donation will help us sponsor a child in poverty through Compassion International. This will provide that child with food, water, clothing and schooling in a Christian setting.
